Lisa Lund, CRC, MFT
Lisa is a licensed marriage and family therapist who firmly believes that couples can learn the skills needed to improve their relationship. She utilizes structured, research-based approaches that are designed to get results. Lisa is a Certified Gottman Counselor and Workshop Leader directly trained by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. She is also trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Pre-Marital-Assessment (Prepare/Enrich). She is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist (MFT 33393) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC 9916) with over 15 years of counseling experience.
Lisa works directly with couples in her private practice in Santa Rosa and in Novato. She also teaches couples wanting to enhance or repair their relationships in couple workshops. In addition to offering The Art and Science of Love: Weekend Workshop For Couples, Lisa also trains clinicians. Currently she is teaching, Gottman Couples Therapy: A New Research-Based Approach for couples therapists.
Lisa is an accomplished trainer and sought-after speaker, known for her energetic and entertaining presentations for both lay and professional audiences including corporate settings, universities, conferences and community agencies.
Lisa is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a Masters in Science in Marriage and Family Counseling and in Rehabilitation Counseling (1992).

Bob Navarra, Psy.D, MFT
Bob integrates research-based approaches to help couples grow closer, manage their differences and create opportunities for shared meaning and connection. He provides them with the tools to deepen their friendship and effectively deal with conflict, especially with the "stuck issues".
Bob recently co-authored a book chapter with Dr. John Gottman, "Gottman Method Couples Therapy: From Theory to Practice". Routledge Press. Release date, August 2011. He has written numerous professional articles and is a sought after presenter and speaker at professional conferences.
He has developed a unique approach to addiction and recovery counseling that integrates the Gottman Method into a customized program for recovering couples. It is based on his work as a Research Associate, Director and Co-Founder of the Center for Couples in Recovery, at Mental Research Institute (MRI) in Palo Alto, California.
Bob has a Psy.D from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco and a M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling from Santa Clara University. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (#15997).
He teaches both Level 1 and Level 2 Gottman Professional Trainings and is a co-presenter of The Art and Science of Love: Weekend Workshop for Couples with Lisa Lund in Mill Valley and Nina Grueneberger in Menlo Park.
